We work with senior line executives and their HR and OD partners to create a strategic plan for the development of the leadership team. When appropriate, we also create a plan for the organization reporting to the leadership team.
Typically, this engagement occurs after the Leadership Team Foundation is complete.
Based on the initial foundation work, we assess the performance of the team and identify strategies to improve the team’s skills to accelerate achievement of the organization’s objectives.
We will lay out suggested skill improvements to create the development plan. We integrate the learning objectives into a program that includes off-sites, team coaching and individual coaching and establish metrics that the team will focus on.
